Who can say they are a voice actor now? THIS GUY! I booked my first job! And I wouldn't be here doing this without Joe Zieja and JZVAA. While I've been told for years I should be doing stuff like this, it wasn't until I found JZVAA that I really believed I could.

The Voice Acting Academy is a great point of entry for Voice actors compared to other options. It’s comprehensive and affordable, allowing students to get a broad view of the industry and opportunities without breaking the bank to get started.

I have taken acting lessons, read books, been a part of voice over class sessions and this is by far the most helpful one for starting out and finding a footing. Getting basic information to the point of being able to book a job is far more useful than any coach saying this read was slightly off, or a book telling you without any context to go off of.

I think my favorite thing is the sense of community. It doesn't feel like we're competing with each other. There's even such regular contact with Joe and the team that it doesn't feel like we've just paid money for the course and been left to it, it feels as if we are a family who is trying to help each other.

Joe made me believe that I can be a voice actor, at the same time, he was very honest about the challenges and the level of work and commitment involved. Honesty and Integrity are the two most important things an instructor can add, and then value - information that is actionable and valuable.

My favorite thing about thing about this course is how excited this course makes me feel about my future. Coming from crazy childhood and having to grow up fast, I never had the guidance to find out what I wanted to do/be in my life. I'm so thankful for Joe and his wonderful team working day and night to produce something so amazing.

The Voice Acting Academy has taught me everything I need to know so I can hold a fluid conversation with a client. I can give off a professional air, instead of sounding like a amateur.

I see why people say art is therapy now, because I've been able to let my actual feelings out into the mic and it feels great. It also feels so validating to know that there isn't necessarily one single "right" way to portray a role like I've been taught my whole life.

I absolutely loved how comprehensive the class was. So much detail and care given to the material,delivery and enthusiasm given at the end of every session. His encouragement and genuine good will puts him heads above other instructors of any course I've ever taken: computer, writing, singing, piano...Put me in coach!!
